It is a thrilling prospect to have the opportunity to write for someone else. On the other hand, if you’re anything like me, the idea of putting yourself out there for guest posting can seem a bit daunting. Starting off can be easy though.
Start with what and who you know. In other words, guest post about subjects with which you are comfortable and guest post for individuals with whom you have already built a rapport.
If you have already been involved in the online community, reading and commenting on other writer’s blogs, you have no doubt made some good connections. If not, get out there and become familiar with other writer’s works. Then springboard from there, building on the connections you have already made.
